Maria Sutinen, Chief of Staff

Maria serves as Chief of Staff for Limitless Actualization and Deeply Human, where she partners closely with leadership to translate vision and priorities into coordinated action across both organizations. With more than three decades of experience spanning executive operations, trust administration, sales leadership, and strategic account management, Maria brings a thoughtful and highly adaptable approach to complex organizational work.

Her career has included senior roles across both established global brands and professional services, including serving as a Senior Account Executive with Liz Claiborne, U.S. Director of Sales for Francesco Biasia, and National Wholesale Analyst and Associate Director for Bally of Switzerland. More recently, her work in executive support and trust administration has further strengthened her ability to manage sensitive information, navigate competing priorities, and create the structure leaders need to operate effectively.

Maria’s strengths include executive coordination, financial and administrative oversight, strategic scheduling, vendor and partner management, process development, and relationship building. She is especially skilled at anticipating needs, bringing clarity to complexity, and connecting the many moving pieces behind an organization’s work so leaders and teams can stay focused on their highest priorities.

Maria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado Boulder, a foundation that complements her people-centered approach to leadership, communication, and organizational support.
