Lee Ann Del Carpio, Founder and President
Lee Ann Del Carpio is an Executive Coach & Energy Catalyst, helping overstretched leaders and teams convert uncertainty into increased energy, focus, clarity, meaning and impact swiftly and efficiently at the individual, team and organizational level. Lee Ann is particularly known for building the Deeply Human™ leadership skills necessary to create results, no matter how volatile the world gets.
The truth is, we’re living through one of the most disruptive, unpredictable eras in history, where older ways of organizing and creating value are dying, and newer ways are being born. As we change our business models, so too must we evolve our leadership. Leadership today is less about simply pivoting faster and faster. Rather, it’s more about mastering the ability to see a future that wants to emerge, rewiring our brains to lead in the face of the unknown, and then igniting collective intelligence of teams and accelerating their way through change to create new possibilities together. Lee Ann’s Deeply HumanTM leadership approach does just that. It integrates the best of what makes us human—our ability to listen, imagine, connect, and lead with heart—while still leveraging the tools of modern science and technology. It’s not a soft skill—it’s a critical leadership capacity in a volatile, disruptive, AI and technology-driven world.
Lee Ann serves as President of Limitless Actualization, and for over 25 years, has worked with clients across a variety of industries, including: Amway, APS, ASU, Avon Products, Inc., Chevron, FCA Group (formerly Chrysler Group), Dignity Health, EMD Serono, Exxon Mobil, FMC, General Electric, The Hershey Company, Ingersoll Rand, Kaiser Permanente, Kamehameha Schools, The Mayo Clinic, Merck Group, Northrop Grumman, Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics (WWL), and Wilh.
