Deb Hordon, Executive Coach

Deb Hordon Ph.D. has over twenty years’ experience as a leadership assessor, coach, facilitator, and consultant, serving executives and organizations all over the world. Currently located in the Seattle area, she has lived and worked internationally in Peru, Turkey, Italy, the UK, and Ireland for over five years.

Deb has a passion for innovation; she has published articles, a podcast, and a blog addressing leadership and innovation. She serves as Leadership Mentor at a Venture Studio (called AI for Impact) at the MIT Media Lab. 

She has conducted hundreds of leadership assessments for business leaders at Korn Ferry, PDI and worked at Monitor/Deloitte as a growth strategist and market research analyst. Deb served as SVP of Leadership Strategy and was a member of the Senior Leadership Team at Bullhorn, a SaaS tech firm in Boston.  

Deb has a Ph.D. in Quantitative Sociology from Columbia University, a coaching certification from the ICF and the Co-Active Training Institute, and multiple instrument certifications.
